The product is really good, functional and comfortable. However, the customer service was the best part of the experience. I initially purchased the wrong size, via Amazon. When I realized my mistake, I reached out to the customer service team and explained the situation. They immediately told me that I could receive a different size, took my order and had it on it's way to me, that same day. No risk purchasing will have me coming back as a repeat customer!

I am about 5.7", so I ordered the 5" version thinking it should be fine. It was not a good fit. I barely poked out the end and it wouldn't stay that way if I wasn't especially firm (I sometimes suffer from some mild ED). I left a message for The Happy Wife asking if I had any options (because no refunds on these items for obvious reasons) and they promptly replied offering to send me the 4" version. Due to unfortunate timing (end of business day on Friday) I didn't hear back from them until Monday, but they sent the replacement out through Amazon and I had it on Tuesday, free of charge!
